Instructions and Guidelines for filling Online Application Form

***For any Technical Assistance, Helpline No. : 6201750198 (11:00 AM to 05:00 PM on all working days), 7545900666, 9431129938 (10:00 AM to 06:00 PM on all working days.) till the last date of submission of application.

Step-1 : Firstly go to SBI Collect payment link, choose Sundary Receipts option and pay application fee.
Step-2 : After SBI Collect Payment, download payment receipt.
Step-3 : Again go back to Netarhat Registration Portal and proceed for registration process.
Step-4 : Check you age eligibility first, if you are eligible, so go to next level for account creation.
Step-5 : Create your account with basic informations.
Step-6 : Validate your account through email, please check SPAM also, if you not received mail in your INBOX.
Step-7 : After validating your account, you'll directly move to dashboard and get application form.
Step-8 : Application form divided into multiple steps, so fill required details step by step.
Step-9 : After going through every steps and filling required informations, please verify/preview your application form before final submission.
Step-10 : After final submission, Acknowledgement slip will be generated and after verification of your submitted form, form number will be generated and you'll get a PDF file of your filled application form in your dashboard.
Step-11 : Take prinout of filled application form in A-4 size separate sheets and put your left thumb impression as well as duly signed.
Step-12 : Attach self-attested all supporting documents as per your checklist given in your application form.
Step-13 : Send your application and all supporting documents through Registered Post/Speed Post to Netarhat Residential School's office address which is mentioned in the recruitment advertisement.
