Netarhat Vidyalaya Samiti ‘NVS coming into existence in October 2010 – General Body and the Executive Committee – has been assigned to frame Policies, Guidelines and Administer Netarhat Vidyalaya. It's an autonomous institution while the financial support to it continuous to be flowing in from the Dept. of HRD, Govt. of Jharkhand. Its General Body headed by the Minister, HRD normally meets once a year or if needed it can meet more than once.

The Executive Committee is assigned to take care of the Administration of the School on a broad parameter. Principal, Netarhat Vidyalaya is the Member Secretary in both the above named bodies of the Samiti and is assigned to take care of day to day activities of the School.
